Nintendo just finished there press conference.
They ended with Wii Fit Which works with a balance board, you can stand on it and perform exercises. It's like brain age but more physical. Other notable mentions are the Check Mii Out channel that lets you show off your Mii and see and vote on other's Mii's. Notable harware mentioned was the Wii Zapper that lets you plug in the Wii Mote and the Nun Chuch into this sort of plastic white pistol with a back stock. Also they announced a Mario Kart for the Wii that comes with a racing wheel. A few notable games they mentioned,

Mario Kart
Mario Striker

Fifa
They stated that the Mario Kart as well as a few other games are going online through there Wifi connection, nothing comparable to Xbox Live though.
